I had a wonderful weekend getaway at Thurnham Hall, enjoying the beautiful surroundings and spacious accommodations. The staff was generally welcoming, but the check-in and check-out experiences could definitely use some improvement. While the restaurant and leisure facilities were appealing, some aspects of our stay were overshadowed by an unfortunate incident, which the management handled to some extent, but left us feeling a bit neglected regarding our experience.
